What is Mind Body Medicine?

It is a form of complementary medicine which is grounded in the concept that whatever goes on in the mind affects the body and vice versa. We are qualified practitioners of mind-body medicine and highly trained in stress management. Which of these can you identify with?

We will help you understand how the mind, body, emotions and environment work together to treat or prevent an illness. We explore the link between the way we chose to think, our perception, the neurochemicals those mental states determines and how chemical imbalances cause disease.
